Comments about How to Win Friends and Influence People:

If everyone applied this material, how much easier getting along with people would be. How often I've wanted to mention the age old saying to difficult clients, "You catch more flies with honey", pointing out how pointless it is to be an irate difficult client. Who 'wants' to help such a client? How much better to apply this publications suggestions to get the most out of dealing with people for yourself and with them.
There are plenty of examples and applications that make the suggestions easy to remember, and its enjoyable to read.
