Comments about How to Stop Worrying and Start Living:
I sent this book about beating worry to a friend. I then retrieved my own copy and I'm re-reading it because it's so well written and has so many solutions which cover different types of worry. It's also interesting to see how Dale Carnegie, stuck in a job selling trucks, decided to get out of a rut and get on to enjoying his life. First published in 1948 it's astonishing to see an invigorating writing style (radical in those austere times) that keeps the reader engaged. My friend, who asked me about worry at lunch, has emailed back: I love this book!

I brought this book for my daughter who was starting to get anxious and have panic attacks. Thought she might not read it at 24 yrs but she even commented that she enjoyed reading the book and it had some helpful tips for her. Job done.
