About the Author
Carol Deacon began her cake decorating journey when a friend asked her to make a birthday cake and the combination of cake and creativeness sparked an enthusiasm for the craft. She has written for cake and food magazines such as Cake Craft and Decoration and BBC Good Food and has given demonstrations of her cake craft on TV. Carol lives in Hertfordshire, England with her husband, three children and a very sticky kitchen.
