Booktopia's standard process is to generate a Tax Invoice once the products have been paid for and dispatched from our warehouse. A copy is included with shipment and is also available to download/print in your My Orders/Order History.
If your accounts department requires a Tax Invoice in order to generate/approve payment, you can request a Tax Invoice from our Customer Service team.
To do this, you will first need to place your order online, select one of the delayed payment options and submit to receive the order number. Email your Tax Invoice request (including a reference to the Booktopia Order Number) via the Message Centre or contact our Customer Service Team (See Contact Us). We will then email the requested Tax Invoice to the Booktopia Account holder's email address.
