The complete book of Hebrews, with an original introduction by Gerald O'Collin
Also includes the complete books of James, 1 and 2 Peter, 1, 2 and 3 John, and Jude.
How well do you know the stories, letters, poetry, prophecies and teaching of the Bible? DLT Books of the Bible are designed to reignite a passion for reading the Bible.
A selection of Christian writers and leaders have each been invited to choose a book (or selection of books), and introduce it anew for a modern audience.
In this volume, theologian Gerald O'Collins introduces the Book of Hebrews, and shows how it expresses both Jesus' divine identity and full human existence. As bonus material, it also includes the epistles of James, 1 and 2 Peter, 1, 2 and 3 John, and Jude.
About the Introduction
Gerald O'Collins was a research fellow of Pembroke College (1967-69), emeritus professor of theology (1973-2006) at the Gregorian University, Rome and is currently research professor at St Mary's College, Twickenham (University of Surrey).

Comments about Hebrews:
Frankly, this book did not turn out to be what I expected. If a potential buyer has his/her own Bible(s) [preferably with footnotes], this book will not contribute much more to reflections on Galatians. It might be useful for prayerful and thoughtful travellers who want an easy-to-carry spiritual aid.
