I have found this book a joy to read and look at all the yummy recipes.....some inspiration to the kitchen that's for sure!
Very informative cookbook. A great healthy way of cooking to use everyday.
the title says it all
Excellent cook book full of very exciting recipes and nutritional bits and pieces. Unusual to find so much coverage in the one recipe book, did not expect this much, found myself reading quickly to see what else he had included. Well done Pete!!
