    Comments about Healing Back Pain:

Not what I was expecting. Not you average book about pain. Its about how psychological/emotional problems manifest in our bodies. If your more into medical/mechanical type theories, you probably wont like it. But if you have a leaning toward; thoughts first, action second therefore change the thinking and the circumstance changes...then you'll love it.
