Gift certificates purchased at www.booktopia.com.au may be redeemed on-line at www.booktopia.com.au. When you purchase a gift certificate, an email certificate will be emailed to you the day after purchase. You may then add your own greeting then forward the certificate by email to the recipient. The email will provide a link to a redemption page at www.booktopia.com.au where on registration of the gift certificate number, the certificate will be honoured against any purchase at www.booktopia.com.au.
Please remember that gift certificates purchased at www.booktopia.com.au may only be redeemed online at www.booktopia.com.au FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
For existing gift certificate holders, if you have lost your electronic gift certificate code, please contact customer service at info@booktopia.com.au.
