Cons

I am an experienced weight lifter and fitness buff, but I had fallen off the exercise wagon and had adopted less than healthy habits, I needed some motivation so I could once again feel the great benefits of feeling in control of my health.
Reading this book over a weekend, I found it engaging and by the time I had finished it I knew I was going to make a positive change in my everyday life.
I am now 2 weeks into the program and loving every minute of it, his simple statement of adding things to your life instead of removing has really hit a note with me, and I can see myself being transformed over the next few months.
It may not be for everyone, but if you let it, the authors words may just srike a chord with you and set you on a better path.

The cover says "Hollywoods hardest workout" and they're not kidding. This program is not for the faint hearted and definitely out of the beginner league - well, just look at Joe! You will need a real level of fitness just to complete the dynamic warm up (ie, 40 x lunges, 15 squats, 15 x pushups etc) and that's prior to any weight training. The program itself is easy to follow with images of every move, detailed reps and explained easily. I cannot speak highly enough about this program. Joe has done exceptionally well but be warned that towards the end you will be training up to 2 hours in the evenings - especially on Ab days - plus cardio in the mornings for the last two week, but rest assured you will NOT be disappointed.

'A day after working out with Joe Manganiello feels like the morning after going twelve rounds with Tyson. This is Hollywood's hardest workout.'
