About the Author

              Well, I guess a month after starting the Fast Diet and losing 1.5kg plus cm's has proven what an awesome read the book is. The book is informative and it is nice to have science behind what I am doing. Wish however that I had purchased the paper version, find holding a book in my hands and referencing immediately easier than having to pick up the ipad or phone and work my way through online version. It would be great to have reference to Australian recipes.

                      The book is well written and easy to read. The diet allows you to enjoy all your favourite foods on 5 days of the week. The fast/diet is easy to follow and stick by the rules. The key to success is to plan those two days each week in advance. There is a section in the book dedicated to individuals positive experiences with the program. I found this very helpful & inspiring.
