Comments about Sweet Poison Quit Plan:

A real eye opener in regards to how many things we eat contain sugar. To go sugarless would be like going cold turkey to give up smoking. Would need to make a real commitment to change and give up sugar. An important book to read if you are concerned about your health and what changes you could make to lose weight.

Comments about Sweet Poison Quit Plan:

I found this book interesting but I also feel it doesn't really promote all the right eating habits.example getting rid of sugar from daily life but being ok to eat McDonald's etc. Doesn't make sense.
