    This book was referred to me by a friend who has lost over 25kg and is healthy, happy & still following the recipes/lifestyle recommended. I have begun to use the recipes and guidelines re-lifestyle and have lost 4 kg over the past month. The literature is backed by research as well as pictures of the author and how his weight (& life) changed for the better. I am in transition at the moment from eating whatever to eating lots of greens, yummy salads & smoothies & enjoying feeling full! This book should be in everybody's home!

        WE use the book as a daily handbook. It has altered the way we live, eat and consider our health. It makes good sense and we have made amazing progress with our weight loss and improving our medical conditions e.g. diabetes (I have dropped by Blood Glucose levels without seeing a doctor and my husband has improved his heart health, has more motivation and strength and has lost 10 kgs in three months. We feel well and we eat well. It is worth the perseverance to get rid of cravings and stop eating what is not good for us. We wish we had had it years ago and we can THOROUGHLY recommend it.
