Ruben is a Belgian customs officer with an abiding hatred of all things French. Mathias is a French customs officer whos secretly in love with Rubens sister, Louise, the girl from the chocolate shop. The would-be couples love will be tested by a series of hilarious misunderstandings involving a drug smuggling ring, a Gaul-hating Belgian father and Rubens desire to see his sister get married...to a fellow Belgian, of course.
