Leslie Sansone's walk at home DVDs are excellent value if you want to exercise in the comfort of your own home - great for rainy days. Each day has a different walk and you can pick any one you want or do two or more together if you wish. You have a choice of 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 mile walks and can also add an exercise session e.g. arm session as well. The exercisers behind Leslie are great motivation to continue to exercise. One of my favourite Leslie Sansone DVDs.
