        This cookbook is brilliant for those who seriously want to lose weight but still create delicious dishes. The only drawback in Michelle's book is that although she uses minimal fat in her cooking, she does not provide any nutritional information for the recipes so you do not know how much fat/calories you are consuming per meal.

          As a keen cook and a person who avidly hates all "diet" books and supplements, I was sceptical about the quality and the variety that a cook book like this could offer me. I was pleasantly surprised. The recipes offer variety and for those of us who need a bit of assistance in working out calorie control (or portion control) this book offers guidance in those areas. There is also the scope to create your own versions of the recipes, as they are largely a guide to eating healthily rather than a starvation regime. Highly recommended for those of us who need a little help or a kickstart in getting back to eating right.
