Comments about Case Management:

I ordered this as a textbook for a university module and I have found it contains the information needed to complete the module (so far, I'm only 5 weeks in). However some of the terminology used is unclear and used interchangeably with other terms (eg. 'counselling approaches' used to describe theoretical paradigms that underpin case management.
