Comments about Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?:
My 18 month old son loves this book as he remembers what animal is next so he is able to 'read' along.
The repetition and rhythm is perfect for little ones.
If you like the book "I went walking' this is very similiar - we love them both!

Carle's books all have an educational element - they teach about animals, numbers, colours and nature - but a big part of their appeal is that they are not didactic or laboured, but light and entertaining. There's warmth and humour there too Junior Carle's richly hued, collage-like art and gentle text will be comfortingly familiar to his numerous young devotees Publishers Weekly Eric Carle ... has an unfailing magic.
