There's no right or wrong way for you to work through Puzzler Brain Trainer Pad - if you want to work through from start to finish, or dip in and out solving particular posers and brainteasers, that's fine. To get the greatest benefit for your brain, though, we've got a suggestion.
Don't be put off certain puzzles just because they use numbers, or have anagrams, or need a bit of thinking ahead - they're all good for you! You'll find some naturally easier to crack than others, but don't let that stop you trying the puzzles you find trickier - every time you learn something new, you'll physically change your brain.
