I have had this book for one week and have cooked almost a dozen of the recipes, several multiply times. Last night I had the family over and impressed them with the wonderfully easy Basil Chicken. The sticky rice is to die for. My sister has asked for a copy as a gift...
Loved the easy list in ingredients and found most of them in my pantry!
