About the Authors
Diane Newsom's career has been in the travel industry for the last 30 odd years. Alongside Diane's passion for travel comes the opportunity to learn about different cultures and cuisines. She currently volunteers, assisting with the catering for functions. Bean Cooking has inspired her to put all of these years of food knowledge in co-writing this cook book with Linda Turner.
In the 1990s, Linda Turner set up and owned Healthy Morsels, a chain of health food restaurants. Linda then ventured into public relations and management of various celebrities. Working with celebrities and Linda's background with healthy food she has cooked with beans for over 20 years and has seen the health benefits of cooking beans.
