This is a wonderful and inspiring book. I made the cake on the cover and it looked and tasted great. The wow factor it created was worth all the effort.
It would be better with a few more step-by-step photos as some techniques are a little advanced but even without them the cake turned out just as it should.
They are very indulgent, rich cakes but as they say...everything in moderation!
Can't wait to make the next one.
