This is from the Women's Weekly library of cookbooks but larger than most. Very informative and innovative. Although the emphasis is on healthy and mostly vegetarian and fish dishes there is a section for meat eaters and healthy deserts. The salad recipes are clever combinations of vegies nuts and seeds. I have already made 3 or 4 dishes and am working my way through these "Super Food" ideas. Great photos and easy to follow instructions,
