beautifully illustrated, this cookbook makes me WANT to cook mince and the humble snag. This is a must have cookbook for families, with family favourites and great recipes for entertaining. The nutritional count is handy for healthy eating and I love the section 'know your potatoes' as I'm always forgetting which are best for potato salad!
