Delicious allergy-free food for children

Kids never want to be different from their friends but when they’ve got a food allergy they can often feel isolated. So-called allergy-friendly foods are mostly stodgy and uninteresting. This book, with recipes that are gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free, breaks out of the ‘worthy’ mould. Not only are there lunchbox recipes but there are also after-school snacks, delicious desserts, party food and sensational party cakes.

Comments about AWW Allergy Free Cooking For Kids:

For a mother of a child with numerous allergies this book is rather frustrating. The book only focuses on one allergy at a time and given most children that have one allergy have multiple allergies then this book doesn't cater for most children with allergies. Especially those with both egg and dairy allergies. It has limited use and not worth the money.
