        Love the illustrations and passion of the authors , however I feel a little let down by the recipe selection.
        For example " Deep fried flathead and chips" ," Bream with Ponzu Sauce", "Mulloway with Brussel sprouts,bacon and Sage!" !!! Come on guys... Can't we do better with our beautiful seafood? When I buy a cookbook I want recipes that I go to again and again , I don't get that feeling with this one.
