                It didn't help me quit as soon as i finished the last page but it sure made me think about stopping smoking and i am now 2 days without a smoke a couple of weeks after reading this book. The book opened my eyes to smoking so i do believe it helped even if i didn't quit immediately, i would suggest it to others :)
