I read this book over a weekend. And went from being a pack a day smoker to a non-smoker! I read the reviews before I bought it and thought they must have been fake or made up. But this is legit! If you want to quit smoking for good - read this book! I have been calling it the magic book and handing it to all my smoker friends.
            Make the step!
I quit and it was easy - there was no cravings. Magic.

This book tells you exactly why you are smoking and what is going on in your head. It is a bit repetative but i thinks thats how it sinks in.

This book led me to the Allen Carr clinic in Melbourne which helped me quit smoking. This book is an excellent reality check about why we smoke. All the information is very important in the book however at various points it tended to be slow. This method is amazing!

                      Allen Carr

Allen Carr was an accountant and smoked 100 cigarettes a day until he gave up and wrote the bestselling book Easy Way to Stop Smoking. He has built a hugely successful network of stop-smoking clinics across the world and is the author of The Only Way to Stop Smoking, How to Stop Your Child Smoking, The Easy Way to Enjoy Flying and The Easyweigh to Lose Weight. In 2004 Allen published his bestselling autobiography Packing It In.

He was diagnosed with lung cancer in the summer of 2006 and died in November of the same year. It seems likely that the years he spent curing smokers in smoke-filled sessions at his clinics must have contributed to this illness, but Allen Carr remained positive; 'Given that I am informed that I have cured at least 10 million smokers on a conservative estimation, it's a price worth paying.'
