This book and its recipes was amazing. After two weeks following the diet I have lost 5 kgs and my sugar level has dropped back to normal. I find it very easy to follow, but do wish the writers had put measurements in cups and spoonfuls instead of oz as weighing everything is annoying. This is a recipe book I will live by constantly.
