Michelle Thrift is a home economist, recipe developer and a professional in commercial cookery. A passionate food expert with over 17 years of industry experience, including the Sydney Olympics, she has also worked for television and magazines. She currently works as a culinary and innovation advisor at a leading food manufacturer.

Great recipes and great information about food groups and "super foods" If you want an cook book that is using every day foods in a yummy easy and healthy way then this book will be a good addition.
This will be a great reference book for my students in Food Technology classes Nd Home Economics Classes. I also enjoyed the book as a reference as well.
