Michelle Thrift is a home economist, recipe developer and a professional in commercial cookery. A passionate food expert with over 17 years of industry experience, including the Sydney Olympics, she has also worked for television and magazines. She currently works as a culinary and innovation advisor at a leading food manufacturer.
