She has a particular interest in sweet and decorative desserts and her extensive experience in cooking techniques from around the world ensures that her recipes are as beautifully presented as they are delicious.

I purchased this book for my grandson as he expressed interest in cooking. He is 19 years old and has already cooked several of the dishes in this book. anything to make him interested to cook his own food so he can be as independent as he can be.
