    This book was full of nothing. A few words scattered on each page, full of meaningless garbage. The odd workout thrown in there at the end. This book really came across as a desperate money spinner, so disappointing from Michelle Bridges. I expected so much more. My copy is in the recycling bin. Don't waste your money.
