Following the global success of The 1000 Dot-to-Dot Book, author Thomas Pavitte is now taking his extraordinary illustrations to the urban jungle in 1000 Dot-to-Dot Cityscapes.

With 20 incredible drawings of some of the greatest cities in the world – each consisting of no fewer than one thousand dots and rendered in amazing detail – you’ll discover the unique pleasure and satisfaction that comes from joining dots. Best of all, the fun doesn’t end with the the last dot joined, because the perforated pages make it easy to tear out your drawing, rewarding you with a brilliant piece of art that you yourself had a hand in creating!

About the Author

Thomas Pavitte is a graphic designer from New Zealand. He recently started exploring other concepts with art and design, including the most complex dottodot ever, a reconstruction of the Mona Lisa that features 6,239 dots and takes at least nine hours to complete.

Comments about 1000 Dot to Dot Cityscapes:

This is perfect for anyone who always wanted to create an artistic masterpiece but lacked the creativity to do it. Just follow the numbers in the correct order and the picture begins to form in front of your eyes. I did everything free hand so that it looked more hand drawn but you can choose to use a ruler if you're a perfectionist. Each page takes about 30 minutes to complete but I usually do 5 or 10 minutes worth and come back to it when I have time.

Comments about 1000 Dot to Dot Cityscapes:

This this the first adult leisure book i have brought. I have found very enjoyable and when i have the time to stop from my busy schudule i like to sit ans join the dots to marble at what city scape i have made. I intially brought for my daughter as she has a very keen interest in all things geography but it was a bit beyond but i think an older child or teen could enjoy this very much

Every page is a discovery - the most fun ones are the places I have been! I have now completed three of these books and have started the Masterpieces!
