About the Author
After training at the Paris Cordon Bleu, MARY BERRY started her career as cookery editor of Housewife magazine, then moved to Ideal Home magazine. She is well known for her cookery with Thames Television and, more recently, for BBCI's ‘Mary Berry's Ultimate Cakes’ and ‘Mary Berry at Home’. She has often appeared as a guest on Canton Food network and for many years was a contributor to the Debbie Thrower programme on BBC Radio 2 and occasional guest on Radio 4's Woman's Hour. She has produced her own range of salad dressings and sauces with her daughter Annabel, and has written over 40 cookery books, including MARY BERRY'S ULTIMATE CAKES, MARY BERRY AT HOME, THE AGA BOOK, MARY BERRY'S NEW AGA BOOK and COOK NOW, EAT LATER.
